This event, in which a "golden key" is thrown into the Okawa River from the paddle steamer "Himawari" at the Hachikenya-hama pier to pray for the safe voyage of the "Okawa Sakura Cruise," featured a performance by the Osaka Prefectural Sakura-wa High School Brass Band this year, celebrating the arrival of spring. Programs by the Osaka City Fire Department and Higashi Police Station were also held.
