Water and light city development
The "Aqua Metropolis Osaka Water and Light City Development Initiative" has the goal of "improving Osaka's urban power" to invigorate the entire Kansai region, and has been compiled as a common philosophy for all of Osaka to further strengthen cooperation with citizens, local communities, NPOs, etc. in promoting water and light city development efforts for 10 years since the concept was formulated. The formulation of this concept aims to accelerate the water and light city development to date, further evolve and deepen Osaka's appeal, renew the city's image, and establish the Aqua Metropolis Osaka brand that the world can be proud of.
